I must tell you that it's the great place to be in. the real estate in Spain is quiet similar to other countries. However you will find some difference in architecture. But during the lien period many properties were added to the foreclosure list which was very sad. I must tell you that short listing is not so common in Spain. However it is still practiced in some developed parts. For example you can't blame for lack of short listing if you are in Madrid.
