You will definitely have to put forward a guarantor who will make sure that you are a good person and then only the owner will let you take charge of his properties. That is why for most of the rental cases you require real estate agents. The owner also prefers the real estate agent because they take the guaranty that your property is safe. If he finds any thing wrong with the tenant then he immediately take the step and cancels the deal.
